Skin comfort
The feeling of comfort should last beyond a skincare routine.
For thoughtfully managed residences
Heli Systems is developing an HVAC-integrated ectoin cartridge system for developers who own and manage their residences. Designed around the building team, with residents’ everyday comfort at its heart.
IN DEVELOPMENT · BUILT WITH PURPOSE
For the details that make a residence feel considered.
A note from our founder
“Moving to the UAE as a mother made me more attentive to the places we call home. I began Heli Systems to explore how indoor comfort could receive the same care as the spaces around us.”
Today, that personal question guides a focused development programme for developers who retain and manage their buildings. Measured performance and considered servicing will determine the path forward.

The comfort we often overlook
Air-conditioned rooms can feel dry. Skin tightness, uncomfortable eyes and a dry nose or throat can shape how a space feels—even when the temperature seems right.
The feeling of comfort should last beyond a skincare routine.
For the hours spent reading, learning and looking at screens.
For everyday moments spent resting, working and being together.
Start with measured conditions and existing HVAC management. Heli Systems is not an air purifier or a substitute for ventilation, filtration or appropriate humidity control.
The system taking shape
A room sensor system for temperature and humidity, with a glass face designed to complement the interior.

The client portal and technician portal bring room information, service scheduling and maintenance records into one planned workflow. Product-specific training and technician badges support the proposed service model. Device integration remains in development.
Why ectoin?
Our proposed difference is controlled ectoin delivery through HVAC with a serviceable cartridge system. Testing must establish whether it offers a safe, measurable comfort benefit beyond appropriate existing measures.
Our long-term vision
This is our B2B2C model: the building owner or operator purchases the service, its engineering team manages operation, and residents are the intended beneficiaries. Broader applications remain a longer-term ambition subject to evidence.
Places with a shared purpose
Retains the building and evaluates long-term operating value.
Assesses HVAC compatibility, access, hygiene and maintenance requirements.
Reviews resident feedback, service costs and purchasing criteria.
Residents are the intended beneficiaries. Comfort improvements require validation.
HELI SYSTEMS
Planned monthly packages per installed unit: 1, 2, 4 or unlimited cartridge exchanges. A one-time training fee prepares your maintenance team, with a separate badge fee per certified technician. AED pricing and service scope remain to be confirmed.
For developers and their property teams
If you own and manage an apartment building, we would welcome a discussion with your property and engineering teams. Together, we can understand the comfort needs, operating requirements and evidence that matter to your residences.
Prototype in development. Pilot timing depends on testing, applicable approvals and site suitability.
