HELI SYSTEMS · IN DEVELOPMENT
RESIDENTIAL TECHNOLOGY, QUIETLY CONSIDERED
For developers whose relationship with a property continues after handover. Heli brings room sensing, an ectoin cartridge concept and planned servicing into one considered approach to indoor comfort.
The science behind Heli
Ectoin is a naturally occurring molecule studied for its water-binding and protective properties. Heli Systems is exploring high-purity, medical-grade-specification ectoin as part of its indoor-comfort research and development.
Ectoin-containing topical formulations have been investigated for moisture retention and skin barrier support.
Ectoin is used in certain eye-drop formulations studied for ocular irritation and allergy-related symptoms.
Ectoin-containing nasal products have been studied for symptom relief in allergic rhinitis.
Ingredient purity, cartridge hygiene, exposure controls and delivery performance are part of Heli’s development and validation work.
Research, not a medical claim. Evidence for topical, nasal and eye formulations does not establish the same outcomes from HVAC aerosol delivery. Heli's proposed application requires independent testing of aerosol exposure, safety and efficacy. “Medical grade” describes an intended ingredient specification, subject to supplier documentation; it is not a certification of the finished system.

FOR DEVELOPERS WHO OWN AND MANAGE THEIR RESIDENCES
Wellness is becoming part of the luxury specification. Heli is developing discreet indoor-comfort technology for residences where the experience of living matters as much as the architecture.
Reported across wellness-focused mid- and upper-market residential properties.
Observed in U.S. wellness-certified office buildings, per square foot.
When the indoor environment feels effortless, the residence becomes somewhere people want to remain. Longer stays and renewals are hypotheses to validate in Heli pilots.
THE INVISIBLE AMENITY
The best residential experience does not always announce itself. It is the quiet sense of ease that makes coming home feel right—and makes leaving feel less urgent.
For operators, comfort may strengthen satisfaction and loyalty. For developers, it creates another point of distinction in a competitive wellness market. Both outcomes require property-level measurement.

CONSIDERED BEYOND INSTALLATION
Proposed subscriptions per installed unit: 1, 2, 4 or unlimited monthly exchanges. Capacity, AED pricing and service scope are to be defined.
Product-specific training for a proposed one-time fee, with a separate technician badge fee. The programme is not an externally accredited qualification.
Client and technician portals are designed for room information, service scheduling and maintenance records. Live device integration remains in development.
